When it comes to relationship dynamics, you really can’t control what is happening. You can try to, but it won’t work. You can try to influence your partner’s actions, but it won’t work. You can try to convince your partner to do something, but it won’t work. It is your responsibility to take the initiative and make the decisions.
When it comes to the kind of relationship you want to create, your partner’s choice is more important than your own. You will probably end up having to put yourself in their position, and that is what makes it difficult to talk to someone about real estate.
When you want to get a real estate agent involved in your search, it is important to realize that it is your partner who is making the decisions. Your job is to get him interested in the property, and to do that, you will need to get him to take the initiative. You can talk to him about the pros and cons, but if you don’t take the initiative yourself, he won’t be interested.
We all know how marriage is supposed to work because you are supposed to take each other’s initiative without asking for anything in return. You are supposed to tell him what you are looking for.
