For example, when you see a cute girl at the movies and you decide to go to the movies, you can be in a flow state and have the opportunity to make a decision that will lead to a positive outcome.

For example, if you say you want to go to the movies, and you end up at the movies, you were not in a flow state.You were in a negative reaction state as you had to decide between your desired outcome and the outcome that you wanted. You probably had to make a choice to be either in a negative or positive state.
