It’s really bad because the project managers are making the tough decisions that the company really needs to make.
I think that the main reason projects tend to fail is because the project managers dont realize how important they are to the overall picture for the company. So the real problem isnt that the project manager is incompetent and/or lazy. Its that the project managers dont realize that the employees dont have a say in how they are running their company. If the employees tell their employees to do something, the project managers will do the same thing.
The problem is that project managers are more like slave-drivers than managers. If they manage to run the project as well as they could, then they will have the good fortune to make the company go back the way it was. On the other hand, if they make a mistake and kill the project, then the company is doomed to failure. So the best thing to do is to make sure that you are not one of the project managers.
And also, never give your manager your plans. If you do, there will be a lot of lawsuits, and it will be very difficult for your manager to get your job back.
This is a common problem for a lot of people. I know I’ve made this mistake, and I was actually fired from my job for it. The point is that the manager is the guy who’s in charge of the company’s overall performance. It’s very important for you to do your job. Don’t make it your manager’s job.
You may think that you are the greatest manager ever, but if you are not making the company successful, you are not likely to be getting your job back. Also, if you are not making a company successful, there will be a lot of lawsuits.
