I’ve always been very spiritual, and I’ve always felt a spiritual connection to most anything I ever experienced. I’ve always thought of spirituality as a part of me or something in myself that God made.
I think I just explained what I mean by spirituality. Ive had a spiritual relationship with Jesus and Ive felt a similar spiritual connection to the Dalai Lama. I think that there is a spiritual connection to everything and that every person has it in some form. But we also need to understand that this connection to spirituality is different for everyone. Some people feel that spirituality is a part of their DNA, and some people feel a connection with it and feel they are being spiritual.
I think this question is really important to ask, because it touches on so many different aspects of spirituality and the way it is viewed by so many people.
If you think of spirituality as a person or thing that you are built as, you will probably think of it as being something that is part of your very being (or your soul). But if you think of it instead as a way of knowing yourself (or whatever that is that you are), then it is much more likely to be something that you just happen to feel when you are on the spiritual path.
In my experience, most people will tell you to “meditate”, and I do think that is what a lot of people do. But what I love about meditation is that it can and should be done in a variety of ways. It can be done alone, with other people, or it can be done in a journal.
There are many benefits to meditation, but I think one of the most powerful is that it is a way to practice introspection. It is a way of being aware of what your soul or your being is.
Introspection is an important part of being spiritually aware because a spiritual awareness is not a feeling. It is a way of being aware and not allowing a feeling to determine you. It’s important to have an awareness of what it is you are not. And an awareness of your own being is essential to any spiritual practice.
