There are many sources that go into sleep talking. To name just one, there are probably more than 100. Yet, most of us don’t even know that we are doing it, let alone what we’re saying.
Sleep talking is the act of repeating yourself at very, very low volume. Most people are able to do it naturally, but a few are also able to do it by accident. One of those is a person who talks about something they just said, then says something else, then repeats themselves. This is called sleep talking, and it is a common behavior among those who tend to be socially awkward, and to make you feel awkward with your own voice.
When you talk during your sleep, you are literally talking to your brain. You’re using your brain to repeat your words, and your brain is using your words to repeat itself. That is why we call it “sleep talking.” It’s also why we often only hear ourselves speak during sleep, not when we are awake. So you might not even think you’re talking, but your body and brain are.
It is easy to feel a little shy when we are sleeping. It is much easier, and much more pleasant, to talk when we are awake.
But when we are awake, if we don’t take care to not be too loud or talk too much during our sleep, we will risk waking ourselves up. So if you are having a hard time sleeping, or if you just want to talk to your loved ones, try talking to them during your sleep. And if you want to wake yourself up, try asking someone to wake you. It’s a lot easier to hear yourself talk during your sleep than when you are awake.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had trouble sleeping, even after having woken up with a full bladder. The problem was that my sleep was really bad during the day (I was working and sleeping in the same bed at the same time). The problem was that I was so tired that when I woke up in the middle of the night, I was already drowsy.
Sleep isn’t an activity to be taken lightly. I personally call sleep talking the most dangerous form of self-awareness. The problem is that if you are unable to stop talking during a sleep, you are unable to stop talking even when you are awake. If you are trying to get away from something then you are unable to stop talking, even if you are fully awake.
Sleep talking is not a form of self-awareness. It’s more like talking into a pillow. If you do it long enough, you will eventually have to stop.
Some people choose to go to sleep and talk for hours at a time, but this is not the case with most people. If you are sleeping and are unable to stop talking, you are at risk of not waking up until you speak. If you are talking to someone who is not you, you are at risk of waking up and having to explain to your partner, “well, I was asleep, and that person was talking to me.
It’s like being on a long-distance phone call. It’s like having someone you know call you back but you don’t really know that person.
