In the video below, I briefly discuss my concept of potential energy and force and how it relates to our body and how that relates to our thoughts and emotions. For the uninitiated, potential energy is the energy of things that we can choose to do or not do. Forces are things that we can create within ourselves to affect our lives in some way.
As you can see in the video, potential energy is represented by the red arrow. Forces are represented by the blue arrow. Our body is represented by the green circle. You can see potential energy and forces as being two different dimensions.
Because of all the information you have read on self-awareness and your body, you might be asking, “What is self-awareness?” Well, our body actually exists as an energy field, and it’s responsible for a lot of things. For example, we have all of the energy we need to eat, breathe, and move around, and it’s this energy that’s used for brain function.
self-awareness is all about your body. Everything we do is the result of it, and you can actually feel it in your body. For example, you can feel your energy. You can feel the amount of energy you have to spare. However, we can’t feel our ability to do anything. So our ability is represented by a blue arrow. But we can’t really “do” anything. Our energy is represented by a green circle.
It is the relationship between potential and ability that is important to self-awareness. When we have a potential to do something that we do not have, then that potential is represented by a blue arrow. We can feel this potential by feeling the amount of energy we have to spare. We can feel this potential by feeling the amount of energy in our environment that we have to spare. This then gives us the ability to do the thing that we want to do.
Force is represented by the yellow circle and is in direct opposition to self-awareness. Self-awareness is represented by the purple circle and we can feel this force by feeling the amount of energy in our environment that we have to spare. This then gives us the ability to do the thing that we want to do.
Our environment can be a lot of stuff, from physical objects like objects in our homes and office, to emotional things like feelings we have about our parents, or feelings we have about the person we are dating. Our self-awareness can then be represented by the green circle. So when we are feeling the lack of energy, we feel the lack of force. Our sense of self will then be represented by the purple circle.
How do we become aware of our environment, of our self, and our future? We do this by having feelings about it. These feelings are represented by the yellow circles. Our self-awareness can then be represented by the blue circles. We then use these circles to make a decision about what to do. One way is to visualize what we want to happen, which we could do by visualizing our future selves.
So, if we want our future selves to want to be a friend, then we need to have a friend in mind. A friend that we want to be with. We also need to look to our future self to see if it wants to be a friend as well. In this way, we can use the yellow circle of energy to get us to our future self, which we can then use the blue circle of force to do the same thing to.
What we’re doing here is basically the same as the concept of force. We use the yellow circle of energy to get our future self to act, then use the blue circle of force to get our future self to act accordingly. We can literally use the force of our future selves to get our future selves to do the same thing, or we can just wait for them to come up with the idea on their own.
