The idea that frequency is the primary factor to relationship success is very easy to understand, but does it really make sense? In a number of ways, frequency is the most important thing that we can do in life and in business. I’ll discuss some of the reasons why, and some ways to be more mindful of your frequency.
We’ve all heard the old cliché that frequency is just “a buzz” and energy is something that “comes and goes.” Well, I can’t help but think that both of these concepts are misleading. The fact is, frequency is not a buzzy level of energy. It is something that has a much longer duration than a buzz, and it can have a greater impact on our lives.
The energy of a thing cannot be explained by just the frequency of its buzz, nor can frequency be defined solely by the number of times a particular object, person, animal, or event is said to be vibrating. As I mentioned in my previous article, we all have a baseline frequency that determines where our brain is physically located.
The basic energy level of a thing is the amount of energy the thing has per unit of time. There is a time-lapse effect to this, as our bodies have a set amount of energy at any one time and energy decreases as we age. As we age, our bodies naturally lose energy, which makes the frequency of our speech and movement change. The more energy we expend to move around, the more we move around, the more energy we need to perform our daily activities.
The problem is, we don’t know exactly how our bodies’ energy levels are regulated. We think our body’s energy is somehow controlled by the “third eye,” a point in the center of the brain where the brain controls our perception of time and space. We have theories, but no one really knows for sure why our bodies regulate energy so precisely.
To really understand how our bodies work, it is important to understand how the brain actually works. The brain is composed of a number of areas, each of which has its own functions. The most important of these is the cerebrum which controls our thoughts and feelings. The cerebrum also controls our vision, speech, thought, and movement, as well as the body’s functions.
The cerebrum is what we spend most of our time thinking about. So when we look at something and say, “Now that’s cool!” the brain is actually saying, “Oh, you know that’s cool.” The brain is actually thinking out loud, and we’re actually just listening. We’re just thinking out loud.
The cerebrum is what makes us think. As we all know, when we use the mind to think, the cerebrum is the place where we store our thoughts. If you would like to read more about the cerebrum, I recommend reading some of my articles on the subject. Also, I recommend you watch the video below. It explains a bit about the cerebrum in a very easy to understand manner.
The fact is that we can’t really control the thoughts we have, but we can control our frequency. For example, the average person can’t really control how often they think or speak, but they can control the amount of energy they use to do these things. So what this means is the brain will always get the energy it needs. The brain is like a sponge.
this is also called “sleep deprivation” because the brain can only use so much energy, and at some point, the brain will be exhausted and it will need to sleep. So if you don’t have enough sleep, you will be tired and unable to think creatively. Sleep is also like electricity. When you sleep, you will be able to use that energy for a while and then you will have to recharge your batteries.
