I’ve had a few friends come to me and say, “I have a hard time concentrating. I can’t make it through an entire project.” And they’re right. What is even worse is that they don’t realize that they have a hard time concentrating because they’re still processing all the information coming through the senses.
Ive always thought there was a relationship between concentration (the mental tool that makes us understand what is around us) and the way our eyes are focused on a specific object. This is because our eyes are capable of processing far more information than we can. For example, I often watch birds, and they will suddenly stop their flight when they spot something that looks like a gun.
This is a difficult one to explain. It sounds like I can look at a gun and automatically think of all the things I associate with guns, but I can’t do that with a person. So what we think of as “concentration,” we might actually be referring to something else entirely. The term concentration implies a focus, but that is really just another way of saying “mental focus.
When it comes to concentration, we think about the mental focus necessary to get our thoughts and actions into the right place. I think of getting into a conversation by focusing on the other person’s eyes. I think of a conversation not starting until I’ve focused on the other person’s eyes. I think of writing in a journal while I focus on the other person’s eyes.
This is the relationship between concentration and absorption. The first is the focus you need to have your thoughts in, the second is the state you have reached when you are fully absorbed in your thoughts and actions.
The first kind of focus is what you need to concentrate on, the second is what you are doing at that particular moment. This is what we call “absorption.” When you think about something deeply, you are in a state of absorption. When you are absorbed in your thoughts and actions, you are completely focused and don’t need to think about anything else. You can be totally absorbed in your thoughts and actions and not be thinking about anything else.
Absorption is what happens when we are completely focused on our actions. We get everything, we take everything, we don’t really care about anything, and we are absorbed in our actions. It is when we don’t think about anything else that we are completely focused. We can be totally absorbed in our thoughts and actions and not be thinking about anything else. You can be totally absorbed in your thoughts and actions and not be thinking about anything else.
Absorption is a big part of the reason why some people can be so absorbed in their thoughts and actions that they can get into a time loop with themselves. It’s a skill they can use to help them avoid the pitfalls of the self-delusion, or to keep their mind sharp when it gets too distracting.
Absorption and concentration are two different things really. We can be totally absorbed in our thoughts and actions and not be thinking about anything else. We can be totally absorbed in our thoughts and actions and not be thinking about anything else. This applies to both of us. We can be totally absorbed in our thoughts and actions and not be thinking about anything else.
The problem is that the two are related, and both describe a state of mind where things are still in play. We can be totally absorbed in our thoughts and actions and not be thinking about anything else. The brain is a complex system, and its functions involve lots of different things at different times. Absorption and concentration are about different things. Absorption describes a state of mind where we’re not thinking about anything else.
