Does he want a relationship? If that means talking on the phone for 20 minutes and having no time to see him for another 30 minutes I’d say that’s what he wants. If I could, I would do anything to have a conversation with my best friend in the world.
Apparently there’s a thing called the “relationship” that Colt wants, but it seems he needs someone to take that up with. The “relationship” is a digital interaction that takes place via chat. What’s cool about that is that you can have the conversation all over the internet. It’s similar to how you can talk on the phone and talk to your best friend in the same room. But that’s not the only way to have a conversation.
A lot of people talk about an online “friendship” or “partner” to make their point. But really all you are doing is exchanging chat messages. You are essentially doing the same thing as in person, except that you are paying for it. And honestly, that is pretty cool.
There’s a lot of ways to chat with someone online. I personally find the easiest way to chat is with Discord. The chat is simple and it looks really cool. The fact that Discord is free is a big bonus. If you’re new to the internet, you can join the discord server and you can still see all of the members’ avatars (as well as everyone’s stats). The only downside of discord is that you can’t get your avatars to be in the same pictures.
Theres a lot of cool chat systems out there. For instance, Discord is pretty cool. Its free, its easy to set up, and it gives you a lot of flexibility. The only downside is that you cant chat with friends you dont have a discord server with. So when you go to Discord, you can chat with random people for free. But if you want to chat with someone you have a discord server with, then you will have to pay a lot.
Discord is free, and has a great user interface, so there is a reason not everyone uses it. But if you dont like the limited chat options, I wouldnt recommend it. And I wouldnt recommend Discord for everyone because there are many more options out there: Skype, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.
Discord is definitely worth a look. In my previous life as an indie rock musician, I was pretty vocal about the fact that I thought Discord was bad. I still do. But I think it has great potential if developers, musicians, and even gamers adopt it.
That being said, Discord, while pretty awesome, isn’t for everyone. In my opinion, the majority of gamers are too young, too busy, too clueless, or just not open to the whole thing.
Well, in my opinion, the majority of gamers are old. And, if you’re not, you are probably not open to the whole thing. So if you’re in that category and you want to connect with a younger crowd, try Discord. Its pretty easy to use, and it’s very easy to set up a private chat group. If you’re looking for something else, then I’d say Discord is the way to go.
The people who are too young, too busy, to care about a relationship with someone they haven’t met yet aren’t going to be going to Discord. So Discord is probably the way to go.
